Bringing one of Cornwall’s most iconic foods to Truro Food Festival, Ann’s Pasties is a family-run Cornish business built on generations of tradition. What began with Ann and her mother making pasties for local markets has grown into a much-loved name across Cornwall, with Ann’s son Fergus now keeping the family recipe alive. Every pasty is still hand crimped and made with the same care that started it all.

Keeping things local is at the heart of Ann’s Pasties, with the ingredients in their classic steak pasty sourced from within just 10 miles of their kitchen. At the festival, expect freshly baked classic steak pasties alongside cheese and vegan options, with frozen pasties also available to take home.

With their flagship base at the much-loved Heron Inn in Malpas, and their popular Heron Farm & Coffee Shop, The Flaming Chef brings high-quality food and friendly service wherever they go.

Led by renowned chef Nick Hemming, every dish is crafted with flavour and quality at its heart. While fish takes centre stage, you’ll also find delicious meat and vegan options — all created using ingredients sourced from trusted, local South West suppliers (the very same used in their award-winning gastropub!).

Founded by the Thompson brothers and rooted in St Ives, Silco takes inspiration from street food adventures around the world while celebrating the incredible produce found right here in Cornwall.

Working closely with local farmers, fishermen and producers, the team creates bold, seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients, including produce straight from St Ives harbour. With an ethos centred around keeping things local and ethical, expect globally inspired flavours, quality Cornish ingredients and delicious small plates perfect for sharing, snacking or feasting.

Bringing authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to Truro Food Festival, Sourdoughlicious is a mobile wood-fired pizzeria serving hand-stretched sourdough pizzas from their bespoke converted horsebox. Founded by owner and chef Jimbo after years in the catering industry, Sourdoughlicious combines his passion for traditional pizza making with carefully selected ingredients from Cornwall and Italy.

Their sourdough bases are given up to three days to ferment, creating a dough full of flavour with a distinctive light texture. Topped with everything from fresh Cornish vegetables and local cheeses to tomatoes grown in Italy, each wood-fired pizza celebrates quality produce, authentic techniques and delicious flavour.
