Each design begins as a hand-carved and burnished lino print, created in Cornwall and individually hand-pressed, giving every original its own unique character. Cornwall and the sea sit at the heart of much of Louise’s work, from rock pool and ocean-dwelling creatures to rugged coastlines and distinctive engine houses.

With a focus on planet-positive design, Louise carefully considers the materials behind her work too, using ethically sourced cotton and natural materials while keeping sustainability at the heart of her production process.

The Old Farmhouse Jewellery began in 2012 at Victoria’s kitchen table, overlooking the rustic Cornish landscape. Today, it’s grown into a small team working from their countryside Old Pumphouse workshop near the seaside town of Penzance.
