Welcome to the Truro Food Festival team! Whether you’re on stage, behind the scenes, or hosting an inspiring workshop, here’s all the essential information you need for the event.

Parking (If Required)
We have a limited number of private parking spaces available for chefs, musicians, and workshop hosts at Newham, Truro.
Location: Opposite Mid Cornwall Printing on Higher Newham Lane.

How it works:
- You’re welcome to drop any equipment or ingredients off at Lemon Quay before heading to park.
- Once parked, call Charlie (07872 629545) or Stewart (07968 614759) to arrange shuttle transport to the festival site.
- The shuttle will return you to your vehicle after your demo/session.
Chef’s Theatre – Kitchen Setup
We have a fully equipped demo kitchen on stage, including:
- 6 x Gas hobs
- Oven
- Fryer
- Pots and pans
We are also partnering with Big Green Egg and have a MiniMax Egg available for use on stage.
Please bring:
- Your own knives and cooking kit
- Ingredients (unless already arranged)

We also have full back-of-house support from Truro College and the Cornwall Hospitality Collective.
Workshop Hosts
If you’re hosting a workshop:
- You’ll be directed to your space by Katie Wilding on arrival
- A member of the event team will support you throughout your session
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow for setup.
